Easy-peasy! Head to the "Custom Cake Toppers" section, tell us your dream design and when you need it by. We will be in touch with some designs and voilà, you're one step closer to cake perfection!
What's the typical turnaround time for my order?
We hustle hard! All our items are made to order, which means your order is made just for you! Your order will be ready to dance out the door within 2-4 days. Keep an eye on your inbox for shipping updates!
Do you offer express shipping if I'm in a hurry?
peed demons, rejoice! We offer expedited shipping at checkout, so you can get your hands on our goodies even faster. Just add express shipping in the checkout page or drop us a line!
Can I return or exchange a personalised item if it doesn't spark joy?
We want you to be thrilled! Since our creations are personalised and made to order, we can't accept returns or refunds. But if something's amiss, let's chat and find a solution together.
What's the best way to care for my beautiful items?
TLC all the way! A gentle wipe with a soft cloth will do the trick. Keep them away from direct sunlight, candles and extreme temperatures for everlasting charm.
How do I track my order's journey to me?
The magic of modern tech! If you have selected tracked shipping, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its adventure to your doorstep.
If you have selected untracked shipping, unfortunately we cannot track your treasure and we trust in AusPost.

What's your policy on damaged items during shipping?
Accidents happen, but worry not! If your item arrives looking like it went on a wild adventure, send us a photo within 2 days, and we'll make it right.
Can you laser cut my frustrations away?
If only we could! While we can't zap away annoyances, we can definitely create custom goodies that'll bring a smile to your face. 😄
Can you make a cake topper that stops me from eating the whole cake?
Temptation blockers? We're still perfecting those! But our cake toppers will at least make your cake look too good to devour in one go.
Will your wedding decor make my in-laws behave? 🤷
While we can't promise that, our decor will definitely add charm to your big day. In-law management? We're still working on that upgrade!
