  • CONNECT

    We’ll be in touch with you to discuss your ideas and come up with the best solution to make your idea a reality.

  • QUOTE & PAYMENT

    Once we have nutted out all the details, you will receive a quote and a link to pay a 50% deposit.

  • DESIGN

    After your deposit is received, the magic happens! We’ll be in contact to confirm fonts, colours, and aesthetics, and you’ll receive a proof to approve before production starts.

  • PRODUCTION

    Your project is now ready to go in Lawrence (our laser cutter) and come out the other side as a beautiful bespoke creation.

  • DELIVERY

    Once your order is complete, and the final invoice has been paid, we will deliver your project in person if you are in Townsville, or send it out for delivery.
